Roth Capital analyst William Gibson lowered his price target for Xplore Technologies to $6 from $8 citing industry weakness and the company's inability to meet demand for Android-based XSLATE tablets. Gibson also lowered his Q4 revenue estimate for Xplore Technologies to $24M from $28M. The analyst has a Buy rating on the shares.
