After XPO Logistics (XPO) announced that COO Kenny Wagers, who was a "marquee hire" from Amazon (AMZN), had been terminated "without cause," Morgan Stanley analyst Ravi Shanker called the exit the company's fourth major executive departure since July 2018. While he does not expect any more departures and sees no financial impact from this latest loss, Shanker keeps an Equal Weight rating on XPO shares "until news flow stabilizes and turns positive," he tells investors.
