As previously reported, Stephens analyst Chris Cooley downgraded Dentsply Sirona to Equal Weight from Overweigh, citing a lack of visibility into the timing and magnitude of an anticipated return to growth after the company reduced its calendar year 2018 guidance once again. While he appreciates Dentsply's margin expansion potential, Cooley is less confident a sustained acceleration in organic sales growth can be achieved via only a salesforce integration, he tells investors. Cooley lowered his price target to $46 from $65 on Dentsply Sirona shares, which were also downgraded this morning at Morgan Stanley.
