Loop Capital analyst Ananda Baruah kept his Buy rating and $37 price target on Xerox after its analyst day presentation yesterday, saying its 3-year earnings growth rate outlook of at least 7% resonated with investors, while its FY19 EPS view of $3.70-$3.80 with no revenue growth is also "very encouraging". The analyst adds that the 3-year view is meant to be conservative since its model assumes "very little revenue contribution from new technology market opportunities", while its new growth areas look "admittedly intriguing".
