Barclays analyst Scott Davis upgraded Xylem to Overweight saying the recent pullback in shares provide a buying opportunity. The analyst views the integration of the Sensus acquisition and a likely uptick in water infrastructure investment as catalysts. He raised his price target for the shares to $59 from $51.
