Janney Montgomery Scott analyst Michael Gaugler downgraded Xylem to Neutral from Buy with a $77 fair value estimate, down from $84, noting that the company is seeing slowing end markets and issued 2020 guidance that was noticeably below consensus. Given the current valuation and forecast for a tough first half of the year,, he believes the shares are fairly valued, Gaugler said.
