Needham analyst Kerry Rice raised his price target for Yelp to $42 from $34 after the company posted "solid" Q2 results with revenue and adjusted EBITDA above consensus. The analyst says many factors contributed to the quarter upside including upsell activity, product innovation and marketing efforts, as well as more focus on client follow-up. He expects most of these to sustain momentum in the second half of 2016. Rice reiterates a Buy rating on the shares.
