MKM Partners analyst Rob Sanderson said Yelp is still his top small to mid cap growth pick into 2017, as he believes the company is serving a very large and underpenetrated opportunity, that its execution has improved, and that its sales channel is becoming more diverse. The analyst, who believes the company could reach EPS of over $3.50 by 2020 and could potentially be "a +$70 stock," keeps a Buy rating and $48 price target on Yelp shares.

Jefferies raised the firm's price target on Yelp to $43 from $42 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. In a preview note for the U.S. Internet group, the firm says it will be looking for signs of sustainability in elevated ARPU growth at Yelp, especially as locations/app MAUs remain in decline.
