Citi analyst Mark May lowered his price target for Yelp to $42 after the company's Q3 results missed expectations. While churn levels were in-line with expectations, Yelp pointed to a number of smaller issues leading to lower than expected gross additions, May tells investors in a post-earnings research note. He says many of these issues are already being addressed, but are expected to weigh on Q4 results. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on Yelp, noting the shares are trading at a "historical support level."
