BMO Capital analyst Daniel Salmon initiated Yelp with an Outperform rating and a price target of $45. The analyst says the recent "investor skepticism around changes to Yelp's advertising business and the pull-back in shares provides an attractive entry point." Salmon contends that even though he does not expect the company to reach its FY23 targets, he sees revenue growth accelerating in 2019-2020 and supporting multiple expansion for the stock. The analyst adds that the risk-reward at current levels is skewed positively for Yelp shares.
