The analyst says the company helps businesses control their digital knowledge by filtering the information that their management wants to share on platforms such as Google, Apple Maps/Siri, Amazon Alexa, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Yelp and others. White expects the "Knowledge Management" industry to establish itself as a mission-critical function for virtually all businesses globally over time and offers a positive outlook on Yext based on its first-mover advantage.
