SunTrust believes that it's possible Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer could depart, given the weakness of the company's turnaround and the departure of many of its executives. The firm says that a "highly targeted, diligent" search process for a new CEO could be well-received by investors, but it adds that "a drawn out" search process "that lasts months would not be ideal." The firm names former Yahoo CEO Ross Levinsohn, Google executive Susan Wojiki,and Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg as among the potential successors of Mayer. It keeps a $40 price target and Buy rating on Yahoo.
