Cowen analyst Thomas Champion upgraded Zillow to Outperform from Market Perform, stating that he believes the new duo of CEO Rich Barton and CFO Allen Parker look well suited for the "massive challenge" of leading the company through a change in business model. He views the company's Internet segment targets to be "conservative" and its Homes targets "attainable," Champion tells investors. The Premier Agent product looks to be improved following some missteps in 2018, added the analyst. Champion raised his price target on Zillow shares to $46 from $40.
