RBC Capital analyst Alex Zukin raised his price target on Zendesk to $100 and kept his Outperform rating ahead of its Q4 results next month. The analyst expects a "bounceback quarter" for the company, reversing softer trends from Q2-Q3, noting that the deals which slipped in the most recent quarter have all closed successfully. Zukin adds that his channel check point to "better domestic close rates, with greater sales morale and lower sales pressure toward quarter-end."
