KeyBanc analyst Ivan Marcuse upgraded Olympic Steel (ZEUS) to Sector Weight saying the stock at current levels better reflects the more competitive market conditions he expects in Q4 and 2017. The analyst this morning also upgraded AK Steel (AKS) and U.S. Steel (X) to Sector Weight.
