Craig-Hallum analyst Brad Berning reiterated a Buy rating on Zillow and raised his price target to $55 from $50, saying Zillow's Q2 home sales volume through May totaled about 500 and with pending sales in inventory at about 330, leaving him "comfortable" with his 820 unit forecast for the quarter. Berning attributes the stock's recent strength to the company being at several conferences and conveying the new message around Premier, which is transitioning into a "partner" approach.

Jefferies raised the firm's price target on Zillow to $77 from $75 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm expects upside in Q1, though higher mortgage rates and softer housing data exiting the quarter could encourage Zillow to guide Q2 conservatively. Still, the firm sees tailwinds from new products driving upside to consensus in the coming years, the analyst added in a preview note for the U.S. Internet group.
