Piper Jaffray analyst Matt O'Brien left Cynosure's (CYNO) analyst meeting "incrementally more comfortable" with the pricing outlook for ZELTIQ (ZLTQ). O'Brien continues to believe Cynosure's competing system SculpSure is painful and points out the $150,000 purchase price surprisingly came in above ZELTIQ's $109,000 CoolSculpt. O'Brien views the body contouring market as large enough for multiple players and he would be a buyer of ZELTIQ. The analyst has an Overweight rating on the name with a $40 price target.
