BMO Capital downgraded Zoetis (ZTS) to Market Perform with a $57 price target citing a balanced risk/reward at current share levels. The stock rallied in late trading yesterday after the Wall Street Journal reported that Valeant (VRX) has approached the company regarding a potential takeover.
