Credit Suisse analyst Jamie Cook said Deere "crushed" expectations in Q2 and that its increased guidance reflects "impressive" execution as well as an improved outlook in South America. Even more encouraging is that the North American large agriculture and European ag markets are stable to slightly improving "at worst," added Cook, who keeps an Outperform rating on Deere shares and raised his price target to $151 from $132.
