Ladenburg analyst Daniel Donlan maintained his Buy rating on Gladstone Land and raised his price target to $14 from $13, noting that Gladstone has already exceeded its 2016 acquisition volume and should maintain this pace through the remainder of 2017. Additionally, Donlan believes his firm's valuation is justified by Gladstone's "historically stable occupancy" and heavy exposure to fresh produce instead of commodity driven crops.
