Credit Suisse analyst Brad Zelnick maintained a Neutral rating and $150 price target on Red Hat (RHT) after the company's "disappointing" Q1 results and lowered FY19 guidance. Unlike recent disappointments in Oracle (ORCL), Adobe (ADBE) and Workday (WKDAY), Zelnick said he believes this event may be too difficult to dismiss as a "harbinger of deceleration in enterprise IT spend."

Oracle Chairman Larry Ellison said the company is moving its world headquarters to Nashville, Tennessee, Ashley Capoot of CNBC reports.
