Lake Street analyst Robert Brown initiated AquaVenture with a Buy rating and $29 price target, stating that he believes investors underappreciate the growth potential of its "attractive" Seven Seas Water and Quench businesses, which he contends each have secular growth drivers and high EBITDA margins paired with recurring revenue models and long-term contracts. However, the desalination business' slower growth is obscuring the higher growth and scale improvements at the point-of-use cooler company, argues Brown.
