AudioCodes, Genesys expand strategic partnership
AudioCodes announced that it has expanded its strategic partnership with Genesys, the market leader in omni-channel customer experience and contact center solutions, to offer a complete solution that integrates all the components that allow customers to benefit from a quick and easy migration to an all-IP contact center. The combined solution will be sold by Genesys and its partners. The end-to-end solution includes the Genesys Customer Experience Platform along with AudioCodes' IP phones, session border controllers, media gateways and centralized management and monitoring applications. Genesys has certified all the AudioCodes elements and integrated them into the Genesys environment to enable rapid and smooth deployments at customer sites.
