Israeli Post terminates relationship with MySize
MySize announced that the company received a letter from the Israeli Postal Service terminating its relationship. On April 18, MySize announced it had entered into a cooperation agreement with the Israeli Post which was mischaracterized by the company as a definitive agreement. On April 19, the company issued a corrective press release explaining that while MySize had submitted a proposal to the Israeli Post, which was initially received favorably, the parties had not entered into or signed any formal or definitive agreement, and did not expect to enter into a formal or definitive agreement with respect to the pilot program or new services until the completion of the development and trial periods. The letter received by MySize from the Israeli Post expressed its discontent with the series of events described above and noted their choice to cease communication with the company.
