JetBlue (JBLU) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Argus and to Underperform from Peer Perform at Wolfe Research. 3. On The Fly: Top five analyst upgrades
Catch up on today's top five analyst upgrades with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. Netflix (NFLX) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at UBS with analyst Doug Mitchelson saying momentum in Europe and Latin American, coupled with modest improvements in Japan, should drive upside to the first quarter subscriber guidance. Further, the analyst says Netflix's leadership positions in the U.S., U.K. and Canada "appear secure." The analyst expects Q1 international net additions of 4.1M versus Netflix's guidance and consensus of 3.7M. Mitchelson believes concerns regarding competition and content costs are misplaced. 2. FedEx (FDX) upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at BMO Capital with analyst Fadi Chamoun saying the company should benefit from the improved outlook for the U.S. industrial sector and from the bottoming of the operating margins of its ground business. Chamoun adds that the company's capital spending should "moderate in coming years," while its valuation provides "a margin of safety." 3. Expedia (EXPE) upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Macquarie with analyst Tom White citing re-accelerating core growth and reset investor expectations for HomeAway. White said Expedia is making needed investments to realize the long-term monetization potential of HomeAway (AWAY) views valuation as reasonable. 4. Garmin (GRMN) upgraded to Neutral from Sell at Goldman with analyst Simona Jankowski saying the risk/reward is balanced following the recent underperformance. The analyst no longer sees downside to consensus estimates, and expects a return to growth in 2018. Jankowski raised her price target for Garmin shares to $52 from $48. 5. Alcoa (AA) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Goldman with analyst Andrew Quail saying China's capacity cuts are improving industry dynamics. The agents skewed bullish overall and the survey was positive for Sabre (SABR), Travelport (TVPT), and Expedia (EXPE), the firm reported. The survey showed meaningful demand for economy products, controlled GDS incentive payment growth, and a majority of respondents said selling ancillary airline services is not financially worthwhile for them, Cowen's analysts noted.

Under Armour Q1 sales may have slowed more than guidance, says Deutsche Bank
Deutsche Bank analyst Paul Trussell says his channel checks throughout Q1 have been mixed for Under Armour. Solid sell-through at recently launched Kohl's (KSS) and ongoing favorable trends at Dick's Sporting Goods (DKS) was offset by a weaker DTC effort and wholesale challenges in footwear, Trussell tells investors in a research note. He believes Under Armour's Q1 sales may have decelerated more than guidance provided on January 31. Piper says Nike still outselling Under Armour at Kohl's
Piper Jaffray analyst Erinn Murphy says her store checks indicate Nike (NKE) is still outselling Under Armour (UA, UAA) at Kohl's (KSS), a month into Under Armour's launch at the retailer. Under Armour started promoting items two weeks ago, and while men's and kids are performing, women's is underperforming, Murphy tells investors in a research note. She believes the "pressure is on" after learning that Kohl's stores are in competition with each other to sell the most Under Armour products by the end of the month. Murphy has concerns about Under Armou's ability to drive sales as Kohls's. She lowered her Q1 estimates for Kohl's, dropped her price target for the shares to $38 from $39 and keeps a Neutral rating on the name.

General Electric shares set to move higher, says William Blair
William Blair analyst Nicholas Heymann believes shares of General Electric are set to move higher, not on management changes, but stronger fundamentals as the "external macro environment continues to improve." If GE achieves its more aggressive 2017 fundamental performance hurdles, the shares should be set to move steadily higher to the mid- to upper $30s, Heymann tells investors in a research note. General Electric price target lowered to $27 from $29 at JPMorgan

The sell-side bull thesis is shifting focus away from the $2.00 earnings per share target in 2018 to free cash flow, which is "seemingly appropriately," Tusa tells investors in a research note. The analyst views the emerging bull case on free cash flow as "overstated and not plausible." JPMorgan says use GE rally as selling opportunity
JPMorgan analyst C. Stephen Tusa recommends using Friday's rally in General Electric shares as a selling opportunity. A possible CEO change does not change the analyst's view that GE is an expensive stock. Discussion of an activist, who owns less than 1% of the company, trying to make changes is a re-run of the case made two years ago, Tusa tells investors in a research note. The analyst does not see much a GE activist can do. The company's "stubbornly low growth and secular challenges embedded in end markets" can't be fixed by a CEO, the analyst contends. Tusa keeps an Underweight rating on shares of GE with a $29 price target. The stock rallied Friday to $30.28 after Fox Business reported that CEO Jeff Immelt is on the "hot seat" with activist Nelson Peltz.
