Ansys Q2 beat 'more tempered' when looking at outlook, says JPMorgan
JPMorgan analyst Sterling Auty tells investors to not overreact to Ansys' large beat in Q2. On the surface, the quarter looks like a "massive upside surprise," but when you look at Q3 guidance, along with the currency and 606 impacts, the results "appear more tempered," Auty tells investors in a post-earnings research note. The analyst says his back half of the year estimates are actually coming down. He raised his price target for Ansys shares to $145 from $103 and keeps an Underweight rating on the name.

Ansys price target raised to $200 from $190 at Berenberg
