Wainwright analyst Raghuram Selvaraju doubled his price target for EyeGate Pharmaceuticals to $6 citing the company's positive top-line results from two clinical trials of the Ocular Bandage Gel in photorefractive keratectomy surgery and punctate epitheliopathies. The PRK trial demonstrates that Ocular helps heal corneal epithelial defects faster than the standard of care and the PE trial shows that its delivers statistically significant improvement in symptoms due to pathologies such as dry eye, Selvaraju tells investors in a research note.
