SuperCom receives Nasdaq listing notice due to late form 20-F
SuperCom announced that the company has been notified by the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that the company's ordinary shares would be subject to delisting due to the company's failure to timely file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018 with the Securities and Exchange Commission unless the company timely requests a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel. This notice has no immediate impact on Nasdaq listing of the company's common stock. The company plans to timely request a hearing before the Panel, which request will automatically stay any further action by the Staff through at least December 5, 2019. The company plans to request a further stay pending the ultimate conclusion of the hearing process along with its request for a hearing before the Panel The Panel has the discretion to grant the company an extension of up to 360 days from the original deadline to file the Form 20-F with the SEC, or May 11, 2020.
