Four Corners Property Trust "announces the acquisition of a Red Robin property for $2.4M from the PREIT transaction previously announced in June 2022. The property is located in a strong retail corridor in Maryland and is occupied under a triple net lease to the corporate entity with approximately 4 years of term remaining."

In a regulatory filing, CVS Health disclosed that its General Counsel Thomas Moriarty sold 138.6K shares of common stock on June 28th in a total transaction size of $13.2M.

The company states: "On June 28, 2022, Zebra Technologies (ZBRA) and Honeywell International (HON) entered into a license and settlement agreement (the "Agreement") to resolve all patent-related litigation between the Company and Honeywell. Under the Agreement, the Company and Honeywell each deny liability and agreed to a mutual general release from all past claims; entered into a covenant not to sue for patent infringement; agreed to a payment by the Company to Honeywell for past damages of $360 million which will be charged in the Company's second quarter results and will be paid in equal quarterly installments over eight quarters; and entered into a royalty-free cross-license with respect to each party's existing patent portfolio for the lives of the licensed patents. The Agreement also provides for the Company and Honeywell to dismiss all pending IP litigation in U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and various courts outside the U.S. between the parties."

Celldex announced interim data from the company's ongoing Phase 1b clinical trial of barzolvolimab in patients with moderate to severe chronic spontaneous urticaria - CSU - refractory to antihistamines. CSU is characterized by the occurrence of hives or wheals for 6 weeks or longer without identifiable specific triggers or causes. Multiple doses of barzolvolimab resulted in dose-dependent decreases in itch and hives with a mean UAS7 reduction of 66.6% in all patients in the 1.5 mg/kg dose group at week 12 and 75.1% in all patients in the ongoing 3.0 mg/kg dose group at week 8, demonstrating meaningful symptom improvements for patients. Complete response was 57.1% for the 1.5 mg/kg dose group at week 12 and 44.4% in the 3.0 mg/kg dose group at week 8. 42% of patients treated with barzolvolimab had prior omalizumab and had similar symptom improvement as overall population. Administering multiple doses of barzolvolimab demonstrated a favorable safety profile, supporting Phase 2 clinical development.

Takeda announced late-breaking data from the Phase 3 SPRING study presented at the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology Hybrid Congress 2022, demonstrating positive results of Takhzyro for preventing hereditary angioedema - HAE - attacks in patients 2 to less than12 years of age, which were consistent with earlier studies in adult and adolescent patients. There are currently no long-term prophylactic treatments approved for HAE patients younger than 6 years. The primary objective of the open-label, multicenter, Phase 3 SPRING study was to evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics of Takhzyro in patients aged 2 to less than12 years with HAE. Clinical outcomes - prevention of HAE attacks - were measured as a secondary objective. Takhzyro reduced the rate of HAE attacks in children by a mean of 94.8% compared to baseline. 76.2% of patients were attack-free during the 52-week treatment period. No deaths or serious treatment-emergent adverse events were reported during the study, and no patients withdrew from the study due to TEAEs. These results are consistent with the favorable efficacy and safety profile of Takhzyro observed in earlier studies with adult and adolescent patients. These data will be submitted to global regulatory authorities to evaluate a potential label expansion for Takhzyro to include the younger patient population.

Embraer (ERJ) signed an agreement with Toyota do Brasil in order to embrace Toyota Production System principles and concepts in its industrial operations. The initiative aims to eliminate waste, obtain operational efficiency, and increase value generation for stakeholders. During the first phase of this joint work, a team of TPS specialists from Toyota (TM) Brazil will immerse themselves in Embraer's daily work to evaluate and suggest improvements for the company's main manufacturing area at the Ozires Silva Unit, located in Sao Jose dos Campos, Sao Paulo.
