It has equipment that customizes the size of the box so waste is limited, Asali added. 50% of the company's business in the U.S. "We provide services to all the big e-commerce players in the U.S.," he noted. Ranpak is investing in material science with a focus on building solutions in the cold chain. According to Asali, the company aims to replace styrofoam.

Orange (ORAN) has entered into an exclusivity agreement with La Banque des Territoires, CNP Assurances (CNPAY) and EDF Invest for the sale of a 50% equity interest and co-control of Orange Concessions. This transaction values Orange Concessions at EUR2.675B, which highlights the value and the relevance of Orange's investments in fibre. Orange will hold a call option that will enable it to take control and consolidate Orange Concessions in the future. The transaction is expected to close by end 2021.
