RBC Capital analyst… RBC Capital analyst Gregory Renza upgraded Seagen to Outperform from Sector Perform with a price target of $188, up from $179. The analyst contends that the recent pullback on the arbitration decision is presenting a nearer-term opportunity for investors, and while the company's CEO search continues, Seagen's "position as an attractive strategic target" is too intriguing to ignore. Renza adds that he sees increasing likelihood that Seagen will "no longer stand alone" as well as the emerging clarity and confidence in the base commercial business from recent execution. Reports Q2 revenue $24.7M… Reports Q2 revenue $24.7M vs. $21.1M last year. CEO Greg Marken says: "We delivered another strong quarter of consumables revenue growth as our Red River plant's utilization rate remains high and favorable macro-economic dynamics are supporting strong demand for our activated carbon products. Our production volume once again exceeded internal expectations, resulting in a more flexible inventory position, thus allowing us to proactively navigate tight supply conditions as well as global supply-chain challenges. Though we expect these challenges to remain throughout the remainder of the year, we continue to institute improvements to our commercial contracts while maintaining high renewal rates on expiring contracts. Looking ahead, it is clear that high natural gas prices will continue to support near-term demand for our technologies while we continue to successfully gain ground in the Water and Industrial markets. Lastly, we continue to be pleased with the progress of our strategic review process and will hopefully be in a position to provide additional updates in the very near term. We are encouraged with both the current status of negotiations as well as with the option available to us. Our focus remains on seeking a resolution that maximizes value for our shareholders. We will not be providing further comments on this topic until we have something definitive to share. Meanwhile, we continue to aim toward improving profitability at our Red River plant and fulfilling our customer commitments." ShowHide Related Items >><< - 04/01/22

Reports Q1 revenue $60.8M… Reports Q1 revenue $60.8M vs. $44.5M last year. Affirms FY23 revenue view of $305M-$310M, two estimates $302.8M. "With our revenue momentum continuing into Fiscal 2023, AMMO's management team and board completed a detailed analysis and assessment of our operations, business units, and growth opportunities, all with the goal of unlocking and enhancing shareholder value. With this analysis, and with the support of our advisors, the Board has determined that the optimal path for unlocking shareholder value is through the separation of these divisions into two separately traded companies" stated Fred Wagenhals, AMMO's Chairman & CEO. "We believe this separation will allow investors to more appropriately value the business models of each segment and create greater shareholder value by facilitating the expansion and value we have created in both brands while pursuing compelling and distinct growth opportunities."
