Arteris is "a pure play supplier of on-chip interconnect IP," which is a market he estimates will grow at a 19% compound annual growth rate over the next five years, Lipacis tells investors. Arteris' average selling price per project is about $400,000 today and he forecasts that to increase to $600,000 by 2023 due to the increasing complexity of SoCs, said Lipacis, who also believes the company has visibility into 75%-95% of its 2021-23 projected revenues.
