Canaccord analyst Richard… Canaccord analyst Richard Close lowered the firm's price target on Babylon Holdings to $5 from $8 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst said shares are likely to remain depressed until material progress is made toward reducing adjusted EBITDA losses, either through managing MLR lower at current contracts and/or pulling back on growth. Close said it is clear that Babylon has been successful in winning new business, but notes a higher risk associated with the potential need for additional capital. |
