Carrier Global (CARR) announced that Patrick Goris has been named senior VP and CFO, effective November 16. Goris will succeed Timothy McLevish. To ensure a transition, McLevish will remain with the company until his retirement on February 15, 2021 in the role of special advisor to Carrier's president & CEO Dave Gitlin. Since 2017, Goris has served as senior VP and CFO of Rockwell Automation (ROK). Joining Rockwell Automation in 2006, he has held a number of senior roles.

Rockwell Automation (ROK) announced that its CFO, Patrick Goris, has notified the company of his decision to accept a CFO role at Carrier Global (CARR). Goris has worked at Rockwell for 14 years and will continue to serve as Rockwell's CFO until November 13. Steve Etzel, who currently serves as vice president, finance, will assume the interim CFO role upon Goris' departure. Etzel has worked at Rockwell for more than 30 years in various finance roles, including vice president, risk management and financial planning, and vice president, treasurer and investor relations. The company has initiated a search process considering internal and external candidates to identify a permanent CFO.

The OptiClean units will help to improve indoor air quality for the district, as its more than 60,000 students, teachers and staff return to campuses. This announcement comes on the heels of the recent acquisition of 1,500 OptiClean units by the Alvord Unified School District in Riverside, California, to assist with their plan for the return of 20,000 students, teachers and staff to their 23 campuses. Carrier is a part of Carrier Global.
