Epam Systems announced that it is expanding its global footprint within the Latin American region with the acquisition of Colombia-based S4N, which it calls "a leading software development services firm specializing in the design and development of modern software products and enterprise platforms." Victor Dvorkin, SVP, Head of Global Delivery at Epam, said: "The acquisition of S4N enables our continued progress in building a more agile, diverse and global delivery organization.
