enCore Energy announced the acquisition of all of the proprietary Prompt Fission Neutron technology and equipment, including related exclusive intellectual property, and global licensing rights from Energy Fuels Resources, a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Fuels, Inc. The use and ownership of PFN technology provides enCore with a clear competitive advantage by providing close to real time assays for uranium that cannot be achieved using conventional coring and assay methods. This technology is unavailable to many other uranium exploration and development companies.

enCore Energy has made its first delivery into one of the company's four previously announced contracted uranium sales agreements. This delivery of 200,000 pounds U3O8 represents the first portion of the annual deliveries into the 5-year agreement which covers 2 million pounds U3O8 of uranium with significant delivery flexibility for market related pricing. The company acquired uranium under favorable pricing terms in 2022 from a third party and delivered it into this agreement using current spot market pricing indicators to establish the sales price.

EnCore Energy announced that the challengers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's granting of a Source Materials License to enCore Energy Corp's wholly-owned subsidiary Powertech have declined to seek review by the U.S. Supreme Court. The NRC license is now final and fully effective.

Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Mike Kozak initiated coverage of EnCore Energy with a Speculative Buy rating and C$6.50 price target. EnCore Energy is advancing its 100%-owned uranium assets located in South Texas, South Dakota, Wyoming, and New Mexico and "is on track to become a new domestic uranium supplier in the United States" through its portfolio of past-producing in-situ recovery properties and ownership of three of the 11 licensed in-situ recovery uranium plants in the country, the firm noted.
