Roth ups iClick target to $7.50, remains buyer after Q1 report » 12:4505/2205/22/20
Roth Capital analyst…
Roth Capital analyst Darren Aftahi raised the firm's price target on iClick Interactive Asia to $7.50 from $7 and reiterates a Buy rating on the shares. The company, after posting better than expected Q1 results, has shown it can execute in a challenging macro environment, Aftahi tells investors in a research note. And while iClick's guidance includes some COVID-19 conservatism, strength from stay-at-home verticals is helping make up for softer tourism demand, says the analyst. Aftahi remains a buyer of the stock noting iClick could see ~20% sales growth and improving profitability.

iClick Interactive Asia 'seeing conditions gradually improve in China' » 07:0505/2205/22/20
The company said,…
The company said, "We are seeing conditions gradually improve in China. Under the current macroeconomic environment, we anticipate that brands may allocate more of their advertising budgets to mobile and online targeted marketing, with the potential to benefit our mobile and performance-focused Marketing Solutions business. Brands may also see the importance of online and offline consumer behavioural data integration and analysis, which may favour our Enterprise Solutions business. Thus, we remain cautiously optimistic especially as we see strength in certain areas such as e-commerce, online gaming and online education, while it may take additional time for other sectors, such as travel and hospitality, to fully recover."

Consensus is for FY20…
Consensus is for FY20 revenue $239.7M. iClick Interactive Asia commented, "While we expect our business to continue growing rapidly, there is a unique set of macro challenges in 2020. We face not only the ongoing US-China trade conflicts but also the recent Coronavirus outbreak. Currently, we are doing everything we can to help protect the health and well-being of our employees. We are closely monitoring the outbreak's impact on our operations and financial results and our outlook remains cautiously optimistic. We are increasing our recently announced FY20 revenue guidance range, from $240M to $260M range, primarily because we believe that more brands are seeing the greater importance of online-to-offline integration and we are confident that this will serve to increase the demand for our Enterprise Solutions in the second half of 2020."

Reports Q$ revenue…
Reports Q$ revenue $56.67M, consensus $56.21M. The company noted: "2019 was a record year for iClick as we continue to migrate our services to an integrated Enterprise and Marketing Cloud Platform in China. Our business achieved record results in gross billings, revenues, gross profit and adjusted EBITDA. More importantly, for the first-time ever, we reported quarterly adjusted net income in the Q4. A key highlight of 2019 was the launch of our Enterprise Solutions business. This is a major initiative that will serve to strengthen our company for years to come by diversifying our product offerings, providing new revenue opportunities that will also drive higher gross margins. In our first full year of operations, our Enterprise Solutions division reported $10.4M in revenues, which we project to increase substantially in 2020."
