Reports Q2 revenue $1.71M vs. $1.74M last year. As of June 30, 2021, total stockholders' equity was approximately $33,077,000. Assaf Ran, Chairman of the Board and CEO, stated, "I believe that the recent follow-on stock offering was beneficial to the Company. The transaction will give us the opportunity to support our growth as the economy recovers, and it will increase our book value. In addition, once again, we demonstrated an offering at a price higher than the price of our previous offering. Revenue and earnings of the second quarter were affected by lower interest rates and a large amount of paid-off loans. Nevertheless, I'm pleased to present another quarter of no defaults."

Reports Q1 revenue $1.73M, one est. $1.22M. Assaf Ran, Chairman of the Board and CEO, stated, "I believe that the first quarter of 2021 reflects buds of optimism. We returned to work from the office, of course following all regulations, and our deal flow strengthened to approximately our pre-COVID pace. There are still many concerns. However, most of our loans are secured by first mortgages on 1-4 family houses located outside of Manhattan, a product that has actually appreciated in value during the pandemic. Given current market conditions, and considering the extra safety measures we're taking to continue our no defaults track record, I am pleased with the results and hope to return to growth mode in the near future. I wish everyone good health."

Assaf Ran, Chairman of the Board and CEO, stated, "I'm pleased that we have managed to continue our track record of zero defaults since inception through another major crisis. During March and April of 2020, the marketplace experienced panic and hysteria. Yet, we kept our portfolio under control, we paid dividends on a regular schedule and we instituted another stock buy-back program. I believe that our performance during the challenges related to COVID-19 during 2020 demonstrates responsible underwriting, lower risk versus many of our peers and management's commitment to provide shareholder value even in rough times," added Mr. Ran.
