Benchmark analyst Matthew… Benchmark analyst Matthew Harrigan maintains a Buy rating and $23 price target on Ooma (OOMA) with the "encouraging new development" that T-Mobile (TMUS) For Business is now featuring AirDial from Ooma on its web site as a cost-effective POTS replacement solution. The analyst believes T-Mobile Business is already eliciting significant new customer queries for companies looking to assess AirDial as a potential solution for what has until now been an intractable and expensive POTS replacement challenge. Even a conservative 150,000 eventual AirDial installed base at a $25 monthly price point equivalent to Ooma's current Business ARPU equates to $45M in new annual Subscription and Service revenue alone, a moderate penetration of up to 30M U.S. POTS lines that need to be replaced, Harrigan adds. Further, he believes there is also a significant overseas opportunity, with Europe having an even more chronic replacement challenge compared to the U.S. | ||||
