Lake Street analyst Eric Martinuzzi raised the firm's price target on OptimizeRx to $40 from $26 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after having recently hosted management for a meeting that left him comfortable that the company's "growth story is in its early innings." The analyst, who sees upside to his FY21 revenue estimate of $48M, said he is comfortable with the potential for further stock price appreciation despite a "rich valuation."

Roth Capital analyst Richard Baldry raised the firm's price target on OptimizeRx to $70 from $40 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Given its RFP pipeline doubled year-over-year in Q3, the analyst believes OptimizeRx could accelerate organic growth to 100% in 2020. Given Baldry expects both material upside to current forecasts, OptimizeRx is his 2021 Top Pick.

B. Riley Securities analyst Andrew D'Silva raised the firm's price target on OptimizeRx to $50 from $34 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst expects the shares to outperform in 2021. During 2020 OptimizeRx showed its ability to act nimbly and introduce innovative, value-add offerings that allowed its life science partners to better manage disruption caused by COVID-19, D'Silva tells investors in a research note. The analyst believes this further imbedded the company within the industry, making its platform more integral for its customers.
