"While headwinds in the macro environment may continue to impact our results in the coming year, we remain optimistic about our long-term growth potential given the market adoption of our products. As previously reported,… As previously reported, Jefferies analyst George Notter downgraded Radware to Hold from Buy with a price target of $22, down from $31. The company reported "softer" Q3 results and little or no sequential ARR growth was "the most disappointing part," said Notter, who adds that Radware "clearly doesn't have enough pipeline to back-fill for slipped customers and "their sales execution issues are back." His 2023 sales and EPS projections have been reduced and "it's hard for us to envision the company generating interesting levels of EPS power any time soon," Notter tells investors. |
