Futures are slightly lower and very quiet once again as the market has a muted reaction to the much anticipated Federal Reserve policy announcement. The Fed signaled it will likely raise rates in December and will begin its process of balance sheet normalization next month, as was widely expected. Central bank decisions from a number of other countries, most notably Japan, were all inline with expectations as policy was left unchanged there and in Norway, Taiwan, and the Philippines. In pre-market trading, Dow futures are 1 point below fair value, Nasdaq futures are 5 points below fair value…
