Futures higher as market bounceback continues

Stock futures are pointing to a higher open as the market tries to extend its winning streak to six straight sessions. The S&P is working on completing its best week in five years and the Nasdaq is having its best week since June 2014. Investors will be watching the housing starts and building permits data for January and the latest University of Michigan consumer confidence reading. In early pre-market trading, Dow futures are 66 points above fair value, Nasdaq futures are 31 points above fair value and S&P futures are 7 points above fair value.
