Market mixed in early trading

Stock futures improved during the early session, leading to gains at the open for the broader market. The Dow has moved lower for the past eight consecutive sessions and a nine-day losing streak would be an event the market has not seen in about four decades. Oil prices are moving higher by nearly 3% after OPEC concluded its meeting with an agreement to increase production by 1M barrels a day. In early trading, the S&P is up 9 points, the Dow is up 123 points and the Nasdaq is down 10 points.
