Catch up on today's top five analyst upgrades with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. TSMC (TSM) upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley. 3. Mechel (MTL) upgraded to Neutral from Sell at Citi. 4. Juniper (JNPR) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Nomura Instinet with analyst Jeffrey Kvaal saying he believes Juniper "will finally be able to catch the webscale capex growth tailwind in 2019." 5.
