2018-11-16 15:23:39 | On The Fly: ETF fund flow highlightsThe net balance of ETF flows was more or less even for the week with a slight skew to the redemptions, per data from ETF.com. The largest single outflow was from iShares iBoxx USD High Yield Corporate Bond ETF (HYG) at over 27% of outflows. The next largest outflow was from the SPDR S&P 500 Trust (SPY). On the inflows side, there was an offset to the SPY outflow in the form of the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) at over 22% of creations. The remaining funds were more scattered in theme. One interesting appearance was that of the Invesco S&P 500 Low Volatility ETF (SPLV) which suggests investors are preparing for a less volatile environment in the future. |
