NCR bidders walked away without reaching deal, NY Post reports

NCR Corp. (NCR) put itself up for sale in early May, but the two bidders showing interest have walked away in recent weeks without striking a deal, Josh Kosman of New York Post reports, citing two sources close to the situation. Further, no new bidders have stepped up and showed interest since, the sources added. The two private equity firms who expressed interest in making an offer include Warburg Pincus and Apollo Global Management (APO), sources told Kosman.
