Tutor jumps after Reuters says Apollo made $17 per share buyout offer

Apollo Global Management (APO) has approached Tutor Perini (TPC) with a close to $1B acquisition offer, Rebecca Spalding and Greg Roumeliotis of Reuters report, citing people familiar with the matter. Apollo has made an offer of around $17 per share in cash for Tutor, a source told Reuters. However, there is no certainty that Tutor will accept Apollo's bid, the sources added.
