DXC Technology (DXC) downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan with analyst Tien-tsin Huang saying his prior thesis calling for "healthy" capital deployment to shareholders no longer applies now that DXC has suspended its dividend, a quarter after shelving share repurchases to prioritize debt paydown.
