Fly Intel: Top five analyst upgrades

Seagate (STX) upgraded to Neutral from Sell at UBS with analyst Munjal Shah saying the negative catalysts have largely played out with the stock underperforming the S&P 500 Index by roughly 27% year-to-date. 5. LyondellBasell (LYB) upgraded to Neutral from Underperform at BofA with analyst Steve Byrne citing its underperformance vs. peers despite a similar net reduction to forecasts, a sustainable dividend and market multiples shifting higher.
